I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.
To travel is to learn. It makes your mind wonder. It makes you wander. There are over 7 billion people in the world and it blows my mind that I can walk by someone and never see them again.
No one takes the same two steps or sees things the same way like the person next to them does. The possibilities of opportunities is indefinite and I can’t help but wonder what else is out there in the world. I’m curious to see how other people live their lives and understand all the different cultures that make up our population.
I want to taste the food of every country. Hear the music of every musician. See the art of every artist. I know these are some big dreams but I’ve got a whole life to live!
Nelson Mandela puts it very well, “There is no passion to be found in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living”. I want to continue to grow as a person and I can’t think of any better way to than exploring and traveling His world. I’m ready to go!
“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts. It even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.” –Anthony Bourdain
